This is the last of the cards we did at the Glitter Pot. It uses My Mind's Eye papers, Bazzill Basics card, and a Stampendous greeting. The medallion is made by fan folding a 12" strip of paper after punching the edge with an edging punch (Martha Stewart - Doily Lace). Then you join the ends and persuade it into a circle.
Wow - that is beautiful! I love how you said "persuade it into a circle" - that's describes it pretty well!
ReplyDeleteThat is terrific and what wonderful colours you have used.
ReplyDeleteThis is breathtaking Joanne, I have just seen this technique on you tube and I love it.

ReplyDeleteHi Joanne,
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, love the colours and love the center !!
You say a 12" long strip of paper but what about the depth ?? does that depend on the size of circle you want.
