Simple Engagement Card

Ingredients:

Card/Paper: Night of Navy, Whisper White
Ink: Bashful Blue
Stamps: Mr & Mrs, Forever Flowers Wheel
Other: Bashful Blue Taffeta Ribbon
Card Size: 15cm x 10.5cm (approx 4" x 6")

Method:

This is a very simple card made for a swap I was involved in last week. Fairly quick to make, so is ideal for making in quantities suitable to announce an engagement. I simply rolled a line of flowers along the left hand side of the background with the Forever Flowers Wheel, stamped on one of the wordings from the Mr & Mrs set, and then mounted the background card onto a Night of Navy card base. The little image is from the Mr & Mrs set, matted onto a rectangle of Night of Navy, finished with a knotted piece of taffeta ribbon. All the stamping is done with Bashful Blue ink.
